Description
Moonstruck Crab is beach house that was completely remodeled. Great beach access, with a deck and plenty underneath area to hang out. Plenty seating in the house to accommodate everyone in your group. Downstairs area is all cemented with lots of room for family gatherings to BBQ or boil up your fresh catch of the day. They also have an open outside shower for rinsing off when coming from the beach. Pet friendly option available. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #1.9 Birch Lane.
Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

there was a problem with the AC that needed a person to crawl up in the crawl space to fix and someone came over very quickly as soon as we called and the problem was fixed within hours. I really like the email updates. the whole transaction was effortless.

This is our second stay at this property and once again it was so taken care of that it looked completely new. Even the coffee pot looked like they bought it new the day before we got there. Clean, equipped, comfortable beds and furniture.
Mosquitoes were horrible so be sure to bring spray!! Can't help that.
i would like to be able to view the beach from the deck but the sunflowers have taken over. they are beautiful also and i do understand the enviornmental factor.

The property was beach front as stated. However, we couldn't see it due to hundreds of beautiful and very tall sunflowers obscuring the beach view from the balcony. We stayed 3 nights and everyone loved our stay.

This is a beautiful home with easy ocean access. The kitchen set up is good, we actually cooked all of our meals there. a bonus for this cute coastal town are good grocery stores that do not price gouge. We had a great time in Grand Isle.

The house was gorgeous and very modern. Everything promised was delivered and exceedingly pleasant. The beach was just a short walk away, and could be easily enjoyed from the balcony while having morning coffee. I would definitely rent from Christie again, and most likely will soon! Great vacation, GREAT house, great island! If you're considering it, don't hesitate... IT IS WORTH IT!!!
