Check out promptly by 11 am, please be respectful of that time. Cleaners have to wash all lines and prepare house for next guest. Checking out later will affect the next guest and the cleaning companies schedule.

1. Place TV remotes on the top/side of the TV
2. Wash Dishes/Turn Dishwasher on
3. Confirm all towels are still in unit. Leave used towels on floor in bathroom. Do not leave wet towels on carpets
4. Remove all food from refrigerator, freezer and cabinets
5. Check all cabinets and drawers for personal items
6. Check for charges (cell phones etc)
7. Return tables, chairs, barbecue pits, boil pots to the designated areas
8. Fish cleaning station/BBQ Pit/Boil Pot needs to be cleaned. Turn gas to propane tank off
9. Turn off all lights
10. If camp has pier, turn lights off
11. Bag and remove all garbage to outside bins
12. Set unit to 74° upon departure
13. Lock camp upon departure
14. Return key to lock box & scramble numbers.
15. Text housekeeping number found in your check out instructions email. Include the name of the house and that you are checking out.
