Sassy Seagull has windows running across the front for great sunrises and includes a hwy side and gulf side porch. This location is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs rental. It is located at the beginning of the Island across from Hurricane Hole Marina and Restaurant. There is a downstairs locking storage area for your personal use with a toilet and lavatory. A closed in shower area for easy clean up after you day on the beach is located downstairs. Lots of parking! Be sure to make arrangements with management for your pet when booking this camp, there is an extra charge to bring pets. Beach access in front of the house! Nearest golf cart crossover path is #6.0 Memory Lane.
Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

Our family has now stayed at the Sassy Seagull twice, and both times we enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and beds suitable for a large gathering of family or friends. The house has everything you need for an extended stay.

Beautiful beach just yards away. Home was clean and comfortable. Hurricane Hole restaurant across the street is fantastic. You will need to bring laundry and dish soap.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in at Grand Isle. Everything was as advertised and more. The Neighbor was very nice. Friday night the power went out for about 3 to 4 hours and he walked over and loaned us some lights to keep in the cabin. I did not catch his name but it made us feel safer and assured us that we were being watch over. The cabin was clean and lights and air were on when we arrived. I will definitely be renting this one in the near future. I would recommend this cabin to everyone.

The house was very clean and had more then enough space for the 6 of us. We loved sitting on the back porch in the mornings and looking out at the Gulf. The beach was easy to access and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Incredible, I really recommend it, very clean, very nice, as you can see in the photos, very good communication, it has more than I expected because I have gone to places where it looks so beautiful in photos and when I arrived nothing to see and here if the truth is I'm really bad, I love it.
