Sassy Seagull has windows running across the front for great sunrises and includes a hwy side and gulf side porch. This location is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs rental.  It is located at the beginning of the Island across from Hurricane Hole Marina and Restaurant. There is a downstairs locking storage area for your personal use with a toilet and lavatory.  A closed in shower area for easy clean up after you day on the beach is located downstairs.  Lots of parking! Be sure to make arrangements with management for your pet when booking this camp, there is an extra charge to bring pets. Beach access in front of the house! Nearest golf cart crossover path is #6.0 Memory Lane.


Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
